Physician Work-Personal Intersection: A Scoping Review of Terms, Definitions, and Measures
We identified 102 studies that investigated the physician work-personal intersection. Many terms were used to describe this concept, including work-life balance, work-life integration, and work-home conflict. Most studies did not use a validated measurement tool. We suggest two future work utilizes two words to describe the work-personal intersection experience: work-personal synergy and and work-personal conflict. We also identified 6 key driver domains of the work-personal intersection experience.
Examining Early Career Pediatrician Characteristics, Sacrifices, and Satisfaction
While most pediatricians in this study felt their personal sacrifices for their career were worth it, female pediatricians were less likely to report this and reported more sacrifices related to having children.
Innovative Wellness Models to Support Advancement and Retention Among Women Physicians
Three wellness-oriented models are presented to promote the professional fulfillment and well-being of women physicians: (1) redefine productivity and create innovative work models, (2) promote equity through workplace redesign and burnout reduction, and (3) promote, measure, and improve diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Eight Domains of Pediatrician Wellness: A Stakeholder Informed Model
Using group concept mapping, pediatricians in this study contributed to formation of a pediatrician wellness concept map. Pediatricians in this study identified eight clusters of wellness: 1) Experiencing belonging and support at work, 2) Alignment in my purpose, my work, and my legacy, 3) Feelings of confidence and fulfillment at work, 4) Skills and mindset for emotional well-being, 5) Harmony in personal, professional, and community life, 6) Time and resources to support holistic sense of self, 7) Work boundaries and flexibility, and 8) Organizational culture of inclusion and trust. Harmony in personal, professional and community life was rated the most important to pediatrician well-being.
